A4LAB Selected for TIPS to Develop AI-Based Surgical Navigation

A4LAB was selected for the TIPS technology startup support program and will begin developing an AI-based surgical navigation system for otolaryngology and neurosurgery.

The project combines high-precision image registration and non-invasive hard-tissue registration technologies. A4LAB plans to apply on-device AI and the natural-language surgical assistant RAGOO to support hands-free control, AI-assisted surgical planning, and real-time route recalculation.

The selection provides a foundation for up to KRW 800 million in R&D support over two years, along with additional commercialization and overseas marketing support.
